What I’m Wearing: LulaKate

LulaKate’s latest capsule collection of ready to wear dresses are knocking my socks off. I don’t need to go on and on as to why I love this Avondale dress, because you surely know.

Oh hell, I’ll tell you anyway. This pretty patterned dress has the best kind of “I have curves” feminine  shape. It’s the perfect dress for a wedding, church, brunch… And don’t you just love pink and orange together? I was pumped when I realized it paired so well with my new Cole Haans that I want to wear every single day (which by the way are currently 50% off).

LulaKate’s capsule collection dresses are extra special because they’re available for just a short period of time and they’re made to order. So when you place your order the gals at LulaKate here in Charleston go and cut your dress in your size from their bolt of fabric. Then they send it up to NYC to be sewn in the garment district (applause for made in America). At the end of the season LulaKate re-uses any leftover fabric for other projects or collaborations. No waste. Super cool girls working super smart.

I’m just glad they cut this exact dress for me 🙂

    So fresh and so pretty on you. My bridesmaids all wore a LulaKate dress of their own choice. The dresses are cut so well, and I was always a little sad I didn’t get one myself. Maybe I need to now…
