Last night I got to go home for the first time for a few hours.ย This is a big step, means I’m on the mend enough to be discharged ๐ย My handsome Fletcher is doing great too but still has a little while in the NICU, so I’m keeping a room at the hospital to be with him.ย Your prayers have been working – thank you SO much for the overwhelming response.ย Meant the world to Josh andย me to read through all the messages.
When we got home last nightย I immediately teared up to see that Josh and Lilly have been quite busy decorating our home for the the holidays – my favorite time of year.ย He really did a good job and has quite a bit of our decor up (and actually looking really good!).ย I won’t be taking the time to take pictures of it this year, but I thought I might pull a post from my archives so you could get an idea of what it looks like.ย This is the holiday decor tour I shared last year.ย Hope you enjoy!
All of my favorite bloggers are sharing their holiday decorations, and so I figure Iย will share mineย too.ย I gave you aย sneak peakย of my bathroomย last week (thank you for so many sweet messages!!)…ย
And now I’m finallyย ready to share the rest of myย seasonalย decor as well.ย ย It’s my favorite time of year,ย so I love to have a cozy home withย a lot of festive touches throughout.
And this painting that my 1 year old daughter painted at grandma’s house.ย LOVE.
And I just got these Kelly Wearstler stockings from Plum Cushion.ย Thanks for the tip,ย Traci!ย Absolutely adore these!!
And lastly, in Lilly’s room we put Josh’s old Christmas tree and ornaments from when he was a little boy.ย It plays music while slowly spinning around.ย I’m so glad his parents saved it.
