Let’s talk a little bloggy housekeeping, can we?ย I’m well aware that we’re seeing myย sponsor posts left and right here on LLL.ย It’s a lot.ย But I want you to know that I love my sponsors.ย If you see themย on here, it’s because I love them, not because I’m really hard up for a few bucks.ย I turn down a lot of advertiser requests.ย Really.ย And I’ve alsoย returnedย products thatย I’ve been given to reviewย if I don’t think they’re awesome and don’t feel I should share here on the blog or my facebook or twitter (oh yes I have).ย (Oh and I always disclose if something was gifted.)ย Whew.ย It’s just important to me that ya’ll know this.ย I really want to show each of my advertisers love every month b/c I just don’t think that an ad aloneย in the left section does them justice.ย Down the road things may need to change, not sure how, but maybe I’ll have toย combine a few sponsors into one post.ย What do you all think of that?
The main thing I want ya’ll to know is that I’m writing aboutย things that I really want to share… not just because I may or may not be making some money off of a particular post or product.ย ย Making a few bucks isย just kind of like a sweet perk.ย ย I started this blog for fun, and that’s why I still write it today.ย I never wantย you to think that I’m motivated by anything other thanย this.
I also want to thank each of you who support my sponsors.ย They’re all fantastic, awesome people who I now consider to beย friends.ย And it makes me so happy when I see someone around town or get an email from a reader whoย tells me thatย they purchased something from one of my sponsors and LOVE it.ย Makes my day.ย You all are really the best.ย This little blog space of mine makes me so happy.ย And just in case you ever doubted it:
