More than ever I’m into jeans and pants this season. I’ve tried A LOT of jeans. More than even the 12 pairs I tried on for this reel. So technically I narrowed it down to 12. But NOW I’m narrowing it down to 6.
Wearing: boyfriend jeans 26, gucci flats, green knit jacket xs, neck scarf, white tee
These are the current MVPs that I want to throw on everyday bc they have an absolutely perfect slouchy boyfriend fit and are SO soft and comfortable. Its feels like a model off duty sort of vibe imo.
But let’s get to all the results. I broke them down into two categories, light wash and dark wash…
Light Wash Denim Winners:
Rachel Comey Tany – High waisted, wide leg, back zip, darts for fit. It’s impossible to wear these jeans and not get asked about them. I wear the 0 in these, I think they run large.
B.Sides Lasso Jeans – These have been a tried and true fave for awhile, I love the side seams and the overall look of these. I wear the 26.
Citizens Boyfriend – The most comfortable and fave casual fit. They sit right above the hip and have a very lived in look to them right out of the package. I wear the 26, and I suspect i’d like the 25 as well.
Dark Denim Winners:
Pistola Crescent Jean – They have a slight bowed leg with a little knee dart, and I especially love how dark the rinse is. I have the 26 and suspect I’d like a 25 as well.
Citizens Boyfriend – Yes, the same as my favorite light wash pair, but in the darker rinse. That’s how good these are. I’m in the 26 with lots of room.
Madewell Darted Barrel – Madewell has perfected art of denim, truly. These are a perfect barrel style jean for right under $150! I’m in the 26.
