What I’m Wearing:

– Lilly and I did a staycation at Charleston Place this past weekend. It was SO fun. It was just an easy 24 hours dtown shopping, eating, and pool time. I wore this blue floating dress as a cover up at the pool.
– Just wore this navy knit polo last week, super cute but also superrrr soft.
– Always love wearing my Adina Reyter initial charms. Did you see their newer midi size initial charm option?? SO CUTE and a nice price point if you’ve been wanting one. I don’t have it yet, I do have the big size in an E (I got this maybe 2 years ago when Nobody Wants This came out and I saw it on Kristin Bell’s character) and the mini size in a C. Speaking of Adina they’re new groovy seashell bead is on my wishlist, too.
– On Friday I had lunch with some girlfriends and wore this embroidered halter and the matching embroidered long skirt. It’s such a flattering structured set! I have a code CHASSITY20.
– My smocked long dress is a good color combo for fall – tie a sweater at the waist – SO cute!
What I’m Eyeing & Buying:

– I found my suede fall bag! I just ordered this one. I honestly had a hard time deciding on a color but ultimately this one is fall perfection. I’m so excited for it to deliver. This is my second bag of theirs and the quality is high designer level but not the high designer price.
– How sweet is this pointelle tie-waist top? It’s so pretty, the color!!
– I’m loving Anthro’s new Barbour collection! They’re styling is so cute, how great is this wool zip front sweater!
– Have you seen Hunter Bell’s new fall? I ordered this cropped trench jacket and this cute white top!
– Sezane new fall, wowza. I love this chunky sweater and this structural cardigan.
– I saw this pale pink burberry cape arrive and immediately sell out on Shopbop on Saturday, but it is in stock here. It’s to die for.
What I’m Reading, Watching, & Listening To:

Reading – nothing new to report here b/c I can’t put down the Emma Lion series. I’m close the end of book 5, I believe there are 8 total out so far. Best thing of the year for me. BUT I will say I’ve been loving reading next to my Hatch Clock. So I had gotten lilly one for Christmas last year bc theyre all the rage. But I didn’t really feel like I need one. But their new Sleep Clock is so cool. I have it set so that every night at 9:15 my “turndown service” begins and it glows this pretty color (there are options) and lightly plays soothing music. I love reading to this! It just feels like such a vibe. And then you have it angled toward your chest and it literally tracks your sleep. It’s accurate for me too, like it knows.
Watching – I started the new series of Ted Lasso, what a treat to have that group back on our screen! I also started Best Medicine. I think** I’m going to really like this one, it’s showing potential anyway. And then I also started Little House On The Prairie, I can’t tell if this one if for me yet.
Listening to a new to me podcast Gilmore To Say. Why didn’t anyone tell me there’s a gilmore girls pod? Tis the season!! I found them b/c last week’s episode they interviewed Emily Henry!!

“I could use some basics for fall, specifically pants and jeans.” ~ Okay I know I know I’m always talking about the fun more statement pants lately lol. Okay I just wore these black ponte pants from Tnuck. They’re the best little fitted black pant and have some stretch to them! Basic jeans, I love these half pipes, and these kick-it jeans are my most worn! If you want a white pair, this is my most favorite pair.
Under $100 Faves:

– I LOVE a sweatshirt dressed into a fun out of the house look and this one is so cute with the built-in look of the button down shirt underneath! Am I explaining this right, lol?
– I just re-purchased this eyebrow pencil. Guys, Ive never had a better brow pencil. It’s super thin and natural looking. Also got another one of these sheer lip blushes. It’s like a filter I love it so much.
– One of my most worn cute but cozy sweatshirts I wear around the house (but also out and about) is this LNA grey crew sweatshirt. It’s only $68. Speaking of cute sweatshirts I LOVE this soccer mom sweatshirt.
– Fletch just got 5 of these tees, there are so many prints. And they’re only $45.
– These new earrings from Tuckernuck!! Obsesssssed. They’re so pretty.
