Slip Silk Pillow Case – So listen to this. I was at the dermatologist last week and she says to me, “You’re a side sleeper aren’t you. I can see you slept on your left side last night.” This was NOT a morning appt. I was stunned. I’m wreaking my skin while I sleep and don’t even know it. She suggested getting a silk pillowcase because they’re much gentler on skin!
