Did you know that it takes 800 grapes to make one bottle of wine? I learned this fun fact in a book I just finished called Eight Hundred Grapes by Laura Dave. If anyone is looking for a great read, I highly recommend it. It would make such a great movie, too. But until that happens (fingers crossed), my friends at Chateau Ste.
